Personal SMS account & system notifications — opt-in, privacy, and terms
This page describes the personal notification service operated by Bob Hannon (the "Service"). Bob Hannon's personal AI assistant ("Betsy") sends automated account and system notifications by SMS to Bob Hannon's own mobile number. This is a personal, single-recipient service. There is no marketing, no promotional content, and no third-party recipients.
How to opt in (consent)
Consent is captured when the account owner enters his mobile number during Betsy setup and confirms enrollment by texting a keyword to the Service number:
Text START or YES to +1 (312) 313-4610 to begin receiving messages.
On enrollment, the sender receives a one-time confirmation: "You're now subscribed to personal reminders, meeting alerts, and daily briefings. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
All messages are generated by the Betsy system in response to scheduled rules and integrations that the account owner configured. Messages are not sent by any third party.

Privacy Policy
This Service is operated by Bob Hannon for personal use. We respect your privacy:
No sharing with third parties. No mobile information — including phone numbers, opt-in status, or consent — is shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for any purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Limited data. The only personal data used is the account owner's own mobile phone number, used solely to deliver the notifications described above.
No marketing. Phone numbers are never used for marketing or promotional messaging, and are never sold.
Rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
